CREATIVE QUESTIONNAIRE & ASSETS REQUEST

First, we will send you a few questions about the offer you would like to feature along with a request for any assets we will need such as your logo, fonts, and brand guide.

CREATIVE PROOF

Next, you will receive a draft of the requested display ad to review with your team. In the case of display ad packages consisting of multiple sizes of the same design, you will first receive a single size to review from which other sizes in the set will be based.

REVIEW, REVISIONS AND CONCEPT APPROVAL

You will be given 3 rounds of revisions to achieve an acceptable result. Additional revisions are charged hourly.

COMPLETION OF ADDITIONAL SIZES

If you have ordered a package with multiple sizes containing the same graphics and content, we will create the additional layouts after approval of the initial concept.

FINAL APPROVAL

When all ads are complete you will have the opportunity to review each size, with an additional two rounds of revisions for touch-ups to the additional ad sizes. This does not include any major changes to content.

PAYMENT & FILE EXPORT

Once approved and paid for, we will export and send the ads to you in a format compliant with the specifications designated by the platform(s) in which they will be run.
